CARDIO FITNESS TEST
This test measures your rate of calories burned at different exercise intensities and identifies your heart rate associated with maximum fat burning (hint, it's not as hard as you think!)
You'll exercise on a treadmill or bike at increasing intensity, up to a comfortable level, while we monitor your heart rate and breathing. We'll analyze the data, explain your results and identify your 'sweet-spot' for fat loss.
The protocol and reports are much like our VO2 Max test except this test does not require you to push to failure. This test is better for untrained individuals.
