This low-intensity treadmill test monitors oxygen consumed and carbon dioxide produced as you exercise at increasing intensities, which allows us to establish your unique rate of calories burned as a function of heart rate.

You'll learn what portion of your calories burned are coming from fat vs. carbohydrates and discover your optimal heart rate for maximizing fat burn.

 

You'll gain access to an app, customized with your data, that measures how many calories you burn during exercise and provides real-time feedback during your workout to keep you in your target zone.

Your goals are different than an endurance athlete -- so don't train like one.

 

The results from this test will ensure you're training with the right intensity level for fat loss (hint: it's generally a comfortable experience).
