HABIT AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT

A tailored training plan designed to address your weakness and build on your strengths. Combine this with a performance diet and you're on the fast track to new PRs.

THE PROCESS

01/

LIFESTYLE ASSESSMENT

You provide details about your current lifestyle, habits, preferences, goals, and motivation. We take the time to understand you so you get a program that works.

02/

BASELINE TESTING

You visit our clinic for metabolism testing, body composition analysis, and VO2 Max testing.  Using this data, we work with you to understand your current state, identify areas for improvement and set objective goals.

03/

PROGRAM KICK-OFF

We develop your unique nutrition and training plan.  We review your plan with you, explain its design and get your commitment to the plan.

04/

WORKING THE PLAN

Through weekly video or phone check-ins, we review your eating and training activity, provide feedback, address any concerns, and get you motivated for the next week.

05/

FOLLOW-UP TESTING

Every four months, you are invited back to our clinic for re-testing of your VO2 max and body composition to assess your progress. 

COACHED ATHLETE PROGRAM

For Athletes who want to join our Coached Athlete program, packages are available that include the following:

PROGRAM DESIGN

This package is designed for the athlete who wants an effective training and nutrition program and is comfortable following the program on their own.  It includes a lifestyle assessment, baseline testing and goal setting session. Using these results, we develop your custom 16-week nutrition and training plan to get you measurable results. 

$425

COACHED ATHLETE

This package is available to athletes who purchase the Program Design package and are seeking additional support and accountability to help them achieve their goals.  Each month includes four weekly check-in sessions where we review your nutrition and training records. Four and 12-Month packages include no-cost VO2 and Body composition re-testing at four-month intervals.

$225 per month
