Our coaching gives you all that and more.

THE PROCESS

01/

LIFESTYLE ASSESSMENT

You provide details about your current lifestyle, habits, preferences, goals, and motivation. We take the time to understand you so you get a program that works.

02/

BASELINE TESTING

You visit our clinic for metabolism testing, body composition analysis, and an aerobic fitness assessment. Using this data we work with you to understand your current state, identify areas for improvement, and set objective goals.

03/

PROGRAM KICK-OFF

Using your lifestyle and test results, we develop your unique nutrition and activity plan. During this 45-minute call, we review your plan and get your commitment to the plan.

04/

WORKING THE PLAN

Through weekly video or phone check-ins, we give you weekly tasks, address concern/challenges, and keep you motivated.

05/

FOLLOW-UP TESTING

The 3 month and 6 month packages include follow-up testing. You will return to our clinic for re-testing of your body composition and/or aerobic fitness to ensure we're achieving the expected results.

WELLNESS COACHING PACKAGES

1 MONTH

This package is designed for someone who needs some help getting started. It includes a lifestyle assessment, baseline testing, goal setting session. We will provide you with your custom nutrition and activity plan and hold three weekly check-in sessions as we help you adapt to the new routine.  

3 MONTH

Achieving Lasting Change Takes Time. Three months gives us time to work more changes into your lifestyle. You receive the same lifestyle assessment, baseline testing, goal setting, activity and nutrition plans as the 1-Month program. You will receive 11 weekly check-in sessions which give us more time to replace deeply ingrained habits. At the end of 3 Months, you will return to Body Insight where we repeat body composition testing so we can celebrate your progress and adjust your programming to keep you progressing.

EXTRA MONTH

You can extend any coaching package on a month-to-month basis for $220 per month. Each additional month purchased includes one Body Composition Analysis test, nutrition and activity plan review and four 30-minute weekly consultations.
